Therapeutic Massage has been used for centuries as a form of relaxation and healing. The practice involves manipulating the soft tissues of the body to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Therapeutic Massage is a combination of Swedish massage and deep tissue massage. Swedish massage involves long smooth strokes, kneading, and circular movements on the topmost layers of muscles. Deep tissue massage uses slower, more forceful strokes to target deeper muscle layers and connective tissues. When the two massage techniques are combined into a Therapeutic Massage, your body enjoys a fuller and more complete treatment.
Therapeutic Massage offers numerous benefits for both physical and mental health. Here are just a few:
Myofascial Release is a deep massage therapy that works with your body instead of against it by gently increasing pressure to your muscles so they release naturally and easily without discomfort.
The John F. Barnes’ Myofascial Release Approach® is considered to be the ultimate therapy that is safe, gentle and consistently effective in producing results that last. John F. Barnes, PT has trained over 100,000 therapists and physicians, is an international lecturer, author and authority on Myofascial Release. He is a physical therapist, and is considered to be a visionary and teacher of the highest caliber.
Trauma, inflammatory responses, and/or surgical procedures create Myofascial restrictions that can produce tensile pressures of approximately 2,000 pounds per square inch on pain-sensitive structures that do not show up in many of the standard tests (x-rays, myelograms, CAT scans, electromyography, etc).
The medical approach is to drug patients so they are temporarily free from pain, but does nothing about the “straight-jacket” of pressure that is causing the pain. Traditional physical, occupational and massage therapy treats the symptoms caused by the pressure of the “straightjacket” of the Myofascial system, but does nothing about the “straightjacket” of pressure that causes and perpetuates the symptoms. This is why so many patients only have temporary results, never seeming to get better with traditional therapy. Only Myofascial Release treats the entire Myofascial mind/body complex, eliminating the pressure of the restricted Myofascial system (the straightjacket) that causes the symptoms.
Myofascial Release will safely and gently release the entire Myofascial complex for lasting and comprehensive results and authentic healing. (Information taken from https://www.myofascialrelease.com/treatment)

Hot Stone Massage is an ancient healing technique that has been used for centuries to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension, and enhance overall well-being. Different from other massage techniques, Hot Stone Massage uses heated stones to relax muscles and ease tension.
The stones are typically made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat well. Flat stones are placed in a specialized heater and warmed to a specific temperature… so they are hot enough to be beneficial to your body, but not hot enough to burn your skin.
Once heated, the therapist will place the stones on specific parts of your body (i.e. your back, your legs, your arms, etc). The heat from the stones helps to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote relaxation.
As the heat relaxes your muscles, the therapist is then able to deeply massage your body using a combination of the heated stones and their hands.
Hot Stone Massage provides a wide range of benefits for both your body and your mind. Here are just a few of the many benefits you’ll enjoy:
Raindrop Therapy is extremely different from a traditional massage. Instead of a massage that uses essential oils…
Raindrop Therapy is an aromatherapy body treatment that uses 7 very specific essential oils chosen for their therapeutic properties. All 7 oils have been proven to heighten your immune response.
These 7 highly anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial oils are dripped in a specific order onto accupoints on your feet and spine. Using gentle strokes and light touches, these oils are lightly rubbed into your skin. Warm compresses are then placed on your accupoints to help the oils penetrate deep into your body. (Please note: The Raindrop Therapy aromatherapy body treatment includes very minimal massage of the feet and spine. It is not a typical massage.)
Raindrop Therapy has many health and wellness benefits. Here are just a few:
